Job Information: Full time, contact-to-permanent opportunity
Location: This is a floating position that will split time providing support to 4-6 apartment properties throughout Ocean County, NJ.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Starting pay: $20.00 per hour



Leasing Agent Responsibilities: Leasing Agent will assist multiple property managers for 4-6 apartment properties throughout Ocean County, NJ.
Helps shows units to prospective tenants, assists with rental payments, late notices, processing work orders, etc.
Answers incoming phone calls and provides information or routes call to appropriate person
Greets visitors, prospective tenants and current residents
Provide potential and current residents with accurate information on available rental units
May post basic info on various social media such as the company's, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
File paperwork pertaining to the property
Organize the office and orders supplies
Partner with maintenance team on work orders for the residents
Maintains wait list, updates, send letters
Tour property daily to ensure it is neat, tidy, attractive, and in good repair.


Leasing Agent Requirements: Must possess high school diploma or equivalent.
At least six (6) months prior leasing, property management or other related experience is a plus.
Must be outgoing, friendly attitude and ability to make others feel welcome and comfortable.
Must have valid drivers license. This position requires traveling throughout Ocean County, NJ.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
