A company is looking for a Head of Sales Operations & Strategy,
Client Growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the annual sales planning process, including forecasting, GTM
strategy, and compensation plan development
Manage a team of 3+ members and oversee the weekly forecasting
process
Own key business initiatives and develop systems to drive sales
efficiency and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
8+ years in sales operations, management consulting, or investment
banking
2+ years of experience managing a team
Experience in high-growth companies preferred
Proficiency in CRM systems, such as Salesforce
