Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sophia Academic Instructor for
Introduction to Business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop remediation materials and resources for struggling
learners
Tutor students individually and in groups, providing timely
assistance
Analyze data to identify student challenges and proactively engage
with learners
Required Qualifications and Education
At least 5 years of experience teaching adult or nontraditional
students at the college level
Professional experience in the field of study is preferred
Master's level degree in the discipline or equivalent combination
of education and experience
A terminal degree (e.g., PhD) or progress towards one is
preferred
Proficient with technology and online resources
