IT Business Support Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for an IT Business Support Specialist to support the NIH Office of Management in implementing a data strategy and governance program.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present materials for senior-level audiences
Support IT governance review and assist in developing enterprise system budgets
Maintain content on SharePoint and MS Teams, and coordinate project tasks

Required Qualifications

Minimum of five years of experience in planning and implementing IT solutions
PMP certification required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
Experience with data visualization tools and cloud technologies, specifically Azure
Technical training, certifications, or a relevant degree is required
