YOUR ROLE

The data scientist will work cross-functionally to solve complex business problems using advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques. This individual will design, develop, and implement predictive models and algorithms that drive business insights and decision-making. The data scientist is responsible for exploring large datasets, discovering patterns, and providing actionable recommendations that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and profitability.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models, statistical models, and algorithms to address business challenges.
    • Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover insights, identify trends, and discover opportunities for business improvement.
    • Create predictive models that support business decision-making and help forecast outcomes based on historical data.
    • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate business problems into analytical problems, and deliver data-driven solutions.
    • Present model results and insights to non-technical stakeholders, making recommendations that drive business value.
    • Develop data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Power BI to communicate key findings and insights.

      YOUR SKILLS

      • Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
      • 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, working with large datasets and developing machine learning models.
      • Proven track record of applying statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling techniques to solve business problems.
      • Experience with Salesforce from a data science perspective is a hard requirement.
      • Experience with big data frameworks like Azure, Databricks, Hadoop, or Spark is preferred.
      • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or SQL for data analysis.
      • Experience in supply chain and operations preferred.

        The salary for this role is $87,100.00 - $122,600.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
