Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our cell therapy operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in good manufacturing practices (GMPs) and experience in managing teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the manufacture of cell and gene therapy products in accordance with cGMPs.
• Lead and manage a team of production staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure high-quality products.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or supervisory role, with a minimum of 2 years in a lead or leadership position.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving process improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of GMPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
