Wine Program SpecialistAt Manhatta, we're seeking a skilled Wine Program Specialist to join our Service team. As a trusted partner to fellow sommeliers, bartenders, and service staff, you'll be responsible for providing our guests with a memorable wine experience and ensuring the excellence and creativity of the beverage program.Key Responsibilities:

• Support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality by delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
• Partner with the Beverage Director to develop and maintain an enticing wine program that enhances the guest experience.
• Provide guidance and suggestions to guests on wine and beverage selections, ensuring a memorable experience.
• Educate the service team on wine, beer, spirits, cocktail, and non-alcoholic beverage items, adding value and fueling their desire to learn and grow.
• Deliver a financially responsible wine program that results in increased sales and maintains an inventory in-line with the restaurant's revenue and business levels.
• Demonstrate flexibility and a wide range of skills and knowledge in all service positions, with an eagerness to continue learning and growing.Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Sommelier or wine service role.
  • Strong knowledge in wine, spirits, beer, and N/A beverages.
  • English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time.What We Offer:
