Job SummaryThe Host position at One White Street is a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Host, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, working seamlessly with the rest of the FOH staff to ensure clear communication and impeccable service, and upholding One White Street's culture.Key Responsibilities

• Greet incoming and departing guests with a smile
• Seating guests throughout service with efficiency and accuracy
• Assist with resetting tables to maintain a clean and organized environment
• Participate in other parts of service when and where needed, always being proactive and innovative
• Provide a friendly and caring experience for every guest, upholding the restaurant's hospitality standards
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain positive guest relations at all times, responding promptly and acknowledging all guests
• Manage the flow of guests into the dining and bar area, providing accurate wait times to incoming guests if appropriateRequirements
  • 1+ years of applicable experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and variable schedule per the needs of the businessPerks
