Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Shared Services
Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the Accounts Payable team and oversee compliance with A/P
policies and procedures
Manage vendor setup, invoice processing, and ensure timely payments
while maintaining accurate records
Participate in process improvement initiatives and oversee travel
and expense reporting functions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
strongly preferred
5+ years of accounts payable experience required
Supervisory experience required
Knowledge of Accounts Payable best practices and internal controls
required
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Epicor Catalyst,
Epicor BisTrack, or Great Plains preferred
