About the position:
Stellar is looking for a Business Development Representative who
will help build the funnel for our national network of primary care
providers by serving as the first touchpoint to engage stakeholders
at large health systems, medical groups, and provider networks.
Lead generation will come from an approved list of organizations,
specifically and strategically provided as targets. The BDR will
leverage outbound stakeholder development skills to identify,
engage, and kickoff the sales process for groups to join the
Stellar network and start earning incentives that support the
delivery of better outcomes.
What you'll do:
This is designed to be a role where outstanding performance is
rewarded with upward growth paths on the Network team. You'll get
to collaborate with an energetic team who is both mission and
results driven.
Pay:
The starting salary is $65,000 for all new BDRs and will be
eligible for commission based upon attainment of personal quota.
Stellar rewards performance and outcomes - should you join the
company, you will have the opportunity to grow your salary over
time.
