Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Service Specialist to support a
global remote workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Provide proactive and ad-hoc support for hardware, applications,
and integrations
Onboard new employees and manage user access and compliance
settings
Collaborate on improvement efforts and contribute to knowledge base
articles
Required Qualifications
3+ years of technical support and/or customer service
experience
Working knowledge of PC support, systems administration, and
operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux a plus)
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technology issues
Experience providing remote technical support via chat, phone, and
video
Kindness, empathy, flexibility, patience, and commitment
