Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recruiting Lead to spearhead
recruiting efforts across its US offices.
Key Responsibilities
Mentor and support a team of US recruiters to achieve individual
and team goals
Partner with hiring managers as a full-cycle recruiter to attract
and secure top talent
Utilize data to enhance recruitment processes and drive operational
improvements
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a
global high-tech company
4+ years of experience as a talent acquisition manager leading
teams
Strong familiarity with US hiring practices
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related
field
Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a
week
