Job Description:
A company is looking for a Hospital Claim Resolution Specialist
to effectively generate revenue through professional billing
practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on patient bills and claims to recover revenue from
responsible business entities
Analyze information to identify root causes of denied or unpaid
claims and determine next steps
Ensure timely filing guidelines are met for maximum reimbursement
and escalate complex accounts to management
Required Qualifications:
High level of professionalism and adherence to debt collection
rules and regulations
Moderate computer proficiency, including working knowledge of MS
Excel, Word, and Outlook
Organizational and documentation skills for timely follow-up and
accurate record keeping
Mathematical ability to perform basic calculations
Familiarity with CPT and ICD coding preferred
