In this role, you will play a key part in advancing our cutting-edge cell therapy programs by driving the development, optimization, and execution of experiments to enhance the therapeutic potential of our CAR T cell products, in addition to collaborating with cross-functional teams to support discovery activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immunology, or related fields, with demonstrated experience in cell therapy focused assay development and execution. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to scientific advancements that have the potential to revolutionize healthcare.   • Design, develop, and execute T cell-based experiments
  • Analyze data from in vitro studies, providing insights and recommendations to drive decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and data packages.
  • Aid in the mentorship and training of junior scientists and research associates, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Stay current on the latest scientific and technological advancements in cell therapy and related fields, and incorporate new knowledge into ongoing projects.
  • Present findings and updates to senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of experimental procedures, data, and results in a well-organized lab notebook, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure that all experiments are properly documented, reproducible, and accessible to team members and collaborators.\r\r
