PeopleShare is Now Hiring for an experienced Grants Manager to support a Mission Driven Nonprofit Organization in Philadelphia!

The Grants manager will work part time to support all grant writing initiatives, and maintain relationships with key funders.

Grants Manager - Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, Between the hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm - Minimum of 10 hours and up to 30 hours per week (Part Time) Hybrid Schedule
• Pay Rate: $30.00
• Contract until the end of year Grants Manager - Job Description:
  • Manage portfolio of grans from public, private and government sources
  • Prepare and submit grant applications and proposals. This includes grants for corporate sponsorship, build days, program support, genernal operating support and project support from corporations, foundations and international headquarters.
  • Manage and build upon affiliate wide grant reporting calendar based on grant research and analysis. Update database tool to track grant opportunities, applications etc.
  • Research and qualify new prospects for grant opportunties that align with mission and programs.
  • Coordinate and follow up on progress of submitted proposals
  • Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports to grantors
  • Monitor compliance with grant requirements and conditions
  • Responsible for submitting monthly statistical reporting to International headquarters
  • Steward major grant funders in concert with the development team, including the delivery of volunteer and communicaiton deliverables. Maintain communication with funders and stakeholders
  • Provide timely reports and updated on grants acitibty for management
  • Responsible for timely monitoriting of and reporting on key financial metrics
  • Support fundraising team with monthly cash flow reporting
  • Support development department with annual budget projections and grants forecasting Grants Manager - Job Requirements:
    • Understanding the vision and desire to advance the organization's mission of affordable housing for all.
    • 5+ years of experience in fundraising, grant writing and working in a nonprofit environment
    • Must be able to build relationships, write proposals and conduct reporting
