Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Manager to provide
leadership and strategic guidance to the Compliance Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee case management and provide compliance-related advice to
the business
Act as an escalation point for complex compliance cases and drive
continuous improvement initiatives
Stay updated on regulatory changes and contribute to audits and
examinations
Required Qualifications and Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of
education/experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in a financial institution, with at
least 3 years in risk management or compliance
Knowledge of federal and state mortgage lending regulations
Experience with TRID and loan operations
Proficient with Microsoft Office and compliance-related software
(e.g., Mavent, JIRA preferred)
