Management.
Key Responsibilities
Mentor and develop a team of Technical Account Managers, promoting
collaboration and continuous improvement
Implement strategic plans to align the TAM team with company goals
and ensure KPIs are met
Collaborate with other teams to enhance client relationships and
address complex issues proactively
Required Qualifications
8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or
equivalent education and work experience
1-3 years of experience leading technical account management or
sales engineering teams
Experience in driving software adoption and scaling technical
account management practices
Proven ability to manage a customer-facing, geographically
distributed team
Experience engaging with senior (C-level) executives
