Job Description:

A company is looking for a Forecasting & Planning Manager - Workforce Management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage workload models for Traveler Care
Manage headcount against budget and report service levels
Provide recommendations on operational initiatives and collaborate with regional leaders

Required Qualifications

5+ years of WFM experience in a large, customer-facing organization
Technical knowledge of WFM/Forecasting tools, preferably Anaplan
Experience with Cisco telephony and scheduling tools, preferably NICE WFM (IEX)
Advanced Excel skills and understanding of Tableau
Experience leading global teams in a virtual environment
