Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager HR Applications to oversee
system enhancements and HR-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily workflow and manage HR application support
Lead project tasks through the entire project life cycle, including
system upgrades
Create and maintain functional documentation and recommend process
improvements
Required Qualifications
7+ years of hands-on experience with HR Applications support and
administration
Experience working with large organizations with multi-country
payroll
Proven leadership in medium to large scale application
implementations
Knowledge of HCM/Oracle HR Access and its modules
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Human Resources
Management preferred
