A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Quality Engineering
to lead their quality engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the quality engineering team, promoting high
performance and career growth
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate quality
assurance throughout the development process
Define and monitor key quality metrics and report regularly to
senior management on quality status and risks
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a people manager with strong leadership
skills
Deep knowledge of software testing methodologies and best
practices
Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks such as
Selenium and Playwright
Experience with project management tools like Jira
Familiarity with product architecture and technology stack
