Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Services Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Customer Success and Solutions teams to support
customers via email, Slack, and Zoom
Resolve customer-facing issues in a timely and accurate manner
Assist with new product feature testing and build internal tooling
and documentation
Required Qualifications
4-year undergraduate degree in computer science/engineering or a
related technical discipline
Experience with programming languages such as Objective-C, Kotlin,
Java, Ruby, or Python
1-2 years of experience as a QA Engineer, Software Engineer, or
Customer Success/Support Engineer at an enterprise software
company
Familiarity with mobile SDKs
Ability to work EST hours
