Job Description:
A company is looking for a Health Equity Strategy Principal to
advance its health equity strategy and collaborate with various
stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct organizational reviews to understand and enhance the impact
on health equity
Develop data-driven approaches to inform and evolve health equity
strategies and initiatives
Partner with clients on pilot interventions to address social
determinants of health
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Health Science,
Business, or related field
8 years of experience in healthcare delivery, administration, or
related field
Expertise in health equity and social determinants of health
Experience in leveraging data and analytics for decision-making
Knowledge of CMS Star Ratings program and Health Equity Index is
preferred
