Overview Intuit is looking for Tax Associates for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN, we want to connect with you! What You Get:

  • Minimum of 2 years' paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
  • Passionate about helping clients with taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting and empowering customers to prepare their taxes.
  • Excellent customer service skills and excitement to interact with customers through video and audio tools. What You Need:
    • Related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds and an active PTIN.
    • Dedicated hardwired internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
    • Willing and available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. How you will lead:
      • Assist customers with completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax advice, return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
      • Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answers to customers using everyday language.
      • Virtual, customer-facing role using state of the art video communication software and documentation of interactions to maintain accurate records.
