Director of Operations Finance

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Operations Finance to provide financial support to the North America Operations organization.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and report monthly financial performance, cash flow, and capital spending
Prepare forecasts and analyses for Operations leadership based on financial results and key performance indicators
Develop financial and capital planning models to support future business investment decisions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
10+ years of experience in distribution and/or mail order pharmacy operational finance roles
MBA and/or CPA preferred
Advanced financial modeling and data analytics experience using Office 365 and Tableau and/or Alteryx
Demonstrated financial acumen
