Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Lead, Tax to
support cross-functional tax teams in ensuring process consistency
and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Act as subject matter expert on QA and scorecard processes
Perform quality reviews of team cases and provide documented
performance scoring
Support remediation efforts by identifying gaps and implementing
improvements
Required Qualifications
High School diploma
3-5 years of related experience in a tax service bureau role
Knowledge of scorecard techniques and reporting
Ability to manage sensitive, confidential issues in a fast-paced
environment
Experience in customer case interactions
