Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and enhancement of the annual budget and long-term financial plans
Perform financial analysis to monitor trends and provide recommendations to management
Oversee the preparation of financial reports and establish key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA License
10+ years of experience in financial analysis roles
5+ years of experience leading a team of financial analysts
Knowledge of Oracle Finance Cloud and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
