Job Description:
A company is looking for a Foreclosure Oversight Analyst II to
ensure operational reliability and compliance within the
foreclosure department.
Key Responsibilities
Review and maintain operational alignment to compliance timelines
and reporting
Develop business process maps and solutions to enhance departmental
efficiency
Conduct data analysis and support audits related to foreclosure
activities
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent work experience
Five (5+) years of experience in a foreclosure role in banking,
finance, or mortgage servicing
One (1+) year of Business Analyst experience with proficiency in
Excel and SQL
Knowledge of foreclosure platforms and processes within loan
servicing
Strong understanding of investor and regulatory requirements
